This Delaware Residential Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into this ____ day of ____________, 20__, (the "Effective Date") by and between __________________________________________________________________ (the "Landlord") and __________________________________________________________________ (the "Tenant(s)"). Under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Landlord agrees to rent to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to rent from Landlord, the residential premises located at _____________________________________________________________________ (the "Premises"), in accordance with the applicable laws, specifically the Delaware Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

1. Term
